Welcome! I am Dr. Diaz. I am so proud to say that I have been practicing dentistry for more than 25 years and I am very passionate about my work. My mission is to thrive with compassion, dedication and experience. The best part of dentistry is the ability to establish a lasting relationship with my patients, keeping them healthy and happy.
For my education, I received my undergraduate degree at the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus and then attended the school of dentistry at the University of Puerto Rico and received my DMD in 1982. I am a certified Invisalign provider and I am also a member of the Virginia Academy of General Dentistry. Because I want to give my patients the best dental care, I regularly attend courses in continuing education. Most recently I attended implant courses offered by the Northern Virginia Dental Society and by the University of Pennsylvania Dental School.
I have been married for almost 30 years to another dentist, Carlos Aponte and have two beautiful children. My son Carlos is currently in Law School and my daughter, Cristina recently graduated from college and completed a Computer Animation Bachelor's Degree.

During my spare time I volunteer with a non-profit organization working on global health issues and at the Northern Virginia Dental Clinic. I also enjoy exercising, practicing yoga, playing guitar, trying foods from different countries and traveling abroad. My philosophy for life includes striving to appreciate the little things in life and treating others with kindness and respect.
Dr. James Boudreau
Hi, I am Dr. Boudreau! I graduated magna cum laude from Temple University School of Dentistry. While at Temple I enrolled in the Health Professionals Scholarship Program (HPSP) and, following graduation, served as a General Dentist and Captain in the U.S. Army Dental Corps.
I love traveling the world, reading, music, and sports of all kinds. I try to get out of the country once a year and am fortunate enough to have been on every continent except Antarctica. Pyramids in Egypt, floating markets in Thailand, Surfing the shores of Costa Rica, shopping the bazaars of Turkey, and backpacking through Europe are among the highlights! I am a lover of all people and cultures and I have become fluent in Portuguese after studying abroad in Brazil. I am an amateur composer and musician. I continue to write my own music, sing and play the guitar.
Perhaps it is because of all these experiences that I have the ability to identify with people of various ages, educations and backgrounds and have developed the reputation of being a compassionate, patient oriented clinician with the knack for making people comfortable in the dental chair!
I hope this introduction has helped you get to know me a little bit. Now, I look forward to getting to know you and giving you your best smile!

Hey! I'm Sierra. I am a proud dental assistant as well as the pediatric hygiene assistant. I enjoy assisting with all three doctors and hygienists when needed. I'm delighted to get to work with such an awsome and hard working staff. I love working with children. So by being the pediatric hygiene assistant, I feel lucky to get to clean the children's teeth. I feel prviledged knowing I have an impact on the children when teaching and demonstrating the importance of good oral hygiene at a young age.
When I'm not at work, I am in school to one day soon become a registered dental hygienist. I like going to the gym, snowboarding, the beach and being outside. Most of all I love hanging out with my two little sisters and spending time with family and friends.
As one of the assistants in our practice, it is extremely rewarding to know that you are really making a difference. I have been working in dentistry for the past eight years and have learned to really love the hard stuff. Currently I am assisting with sedation dentistry and helping people to overcome their fear of the dentist, while preventing children from developing one. I really enjoy all of the staff I work with who are like a family to me. This practice really is a home away from home.
I currently live with my dog Mia, she is the most awesome thing in my life right now. I am attending George Mason University to receive a second Bachelors of Arts degree and in my spare time I like to help fix my parents house and hang out with friends.
